Worst retail experience of my life. My coffee was spilled on me by the employee and had to be made again. Coffee was then not even drinkable. Employee was rude the entire time. Also after hearing what the CEO said....I won't be back.
It really depends on the day. Usually there is only one person taking orders and making drinks so expect at least a short wait if you aren't first in line.

Just got refused a national promo (1/2 off frapps) that started today. It's all over their website and fb page. She showed me on a piece of paper incorrect information about the promo that she had. It's even on their sign out front that it's every day 3-6. Dissapointing. How many other people will she tell no to? Just wow.
