Looking through the Web site and found a truck, there was no picture. Called the next day and was told by drew he would get some pictures to me in in just a little while. After calling back one more time and being told I would have them in 15 minutes, no pictures. So waited 5 more hours to speak to supervisor, he assured that he would send me the pictures. So I guess a 6000 dollar cash sale means nothing to this dealership.

If I could put less than one star - I would. We purchased a 2009 F150, and from day one, the experience was less than desirable. When we agreed to purchase the truck, it was still in detail and had buffing compound all over it, so we were unable to see the condition of the truck. We were told it had a bad AC compressor being fixed, and they would deliver to us after it was complete. It was delivered with no floor mats, no spare keys, missing lug nut covers, no manual, and on and on. When we called the sales person to explain this, he mailed us the keys in an envelope, and ignored our other requests. It is a work truck, and before we had even put the first 1000 miles on it (it only had 47k miles to start) we had major issues with the truck. We took it in, only to find out it needed $1500 in repairs to SEVERAL different parts of the truck, all of which should have been caught in inspection before it was sold. They agreed to take care of it, and when we went in to pick up the truck and drove it off, it was making a loud noise so took immediately back. They had it in the shop to fix, and when went to leave a second time, the front wheel started smoking so it was taken immediately back. At this point, we had been there all day, and was getting close to end of business so we asked for a rental to drive home. They delivered truck next morning. I explained to their service manager that I didn't feel comfortable using this truck for my business, and it wasn't safe or reliable, I asked him to help us trade out of the truck into something different. Their solution to helping us was to offer us a truck with more miles and no extra features, all while taking a several thousand dollar bath because the vehicle we have now had depreciated (in two months and 1000 miles). While we were contemplating what to do, we were using for short trips, and just yesterday, it wouldn't turn over when we went to start it. I took the battery in to be tested to see if it needed a new one - only to find they had put a boat battery in it. I called the dealership to discuss the battery, and the service department offered no apology, or concern whatsoever. I have never been more displeased with the lack of concern or service from a dealership in my life. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing a truck to go elsewhere and save yourself the headache. I hate to leave a negative review, as I don't publicly insult any businesses, but I have given them every opportunity to right the issues, which they have ignored or not followed through on. I have requested to speak with the owner, and was passed down to a manager which wouldn't follow up. Next time, I will trust my business to a company which puts customer service and quality first.

I saw a Ford Flex on their Facebook page, I was contacted the same day, and went in the very next day to trade in my vehicle. I was told that the Ford Flex went through a 7 point inspection and that the only thing wrong was the back up sensor and tire air pressure sensor. After we signed the papers and got in to leave, we noticed the windshield was cracked in 3 places and had already been informed that the sensors needed repaired. We made an appointment to get it into shop for repair. Later that night I filled the vehicle up with gasoline. When I got home I smelled a strong odor of gasoline. U discovered the next morning there was a hole in the gas tank! I called Kerns Ford and they had me bring it in the next day. The sent me home in a loaner car which was a Ford Focus. I could barely fit my 3 kids in the back seat! They had the car for 5 days and didn't fully repair the windshield or sensors. I hope and pray they replaced the gas tank and didn't just put sealant on it that will wear off in a month...

This was our first experience with Kerns. My son bought his first car from Kerns. He drove it a week and had an issue. Found out the transmission needed replaced. So got it done and we picked it up last week and a light came on after we drove away. My son called the service manager who said come back. He looks at it and says it is ok I fixed it. Well he did not. Now the car is at Statewide in Van Wert and they are saying there is a recall on it why did Kerns now know. My son is going to make his first payment and does not have a car to drive. This is a joke. I emailed them today and I sent a facebook message and I have not heard from anyone.
