Everyone is very friendly and highly skilled. The massages last either 30 mins or a full hour and can be focused on certain muscle groups. This is a warm covered massage which means the parts of you not being touched stay fully covered by a blanket so nothing more than an arm or leg is exposed at a time. I was amazed at their ability and their customer service. I walked in limping and in severe pain. But when Tony was finished I walked out without a limp and was able to sleep that night for the first time in 3 days! AMAZING!!!!!
