Kroger Pharmacy is by far the best place to fill your prescriptions. The staff is very helpful. They have a drive in window that is very handy. I transferred all my prescriptions to them from WalMart in Celina. Walmart was very hard to deal with and their drive up windows have been broken for YEARS. picking up a prescription is a real hassle. Long lines inside winding in and out of merchandise displays. Normally only one person working at the two pick up windows.
My exerience when making calls has been terrific. If you select zero you are connected to a person located in the St Marys pharmacy during normal business hours. They are very helpful and can answer any question you have
So, if you have had multiple mistakes made with regards to any of your prescriptions, I'd say that chances are very good that it was the call center who messed it up!
I only gave them one star because, even though I have no problem with the actual pharmacy in the St. Marys Kroger store, I DO have a problem with their use of a CALL CENTER!! Yes, that's right! Whenever you call the pharmacy's phone number, you are NOT speaking with someone in the actual St. Marys pharmacy--you are talking to a person who is in a call center somewhere in Cincinnati! I don't know of any other pharmacies--even all of the other big chain pharmacies--who use a call center!!This is a small town pharmacy, so they need to quit having their calls routed to someone who has probably never even been to St. Marys!
Excellent service every time I go to pick up a prescription. There was an issue with insurance once, and the pharmacist alerted me to it. He helped me fix it, and saved me $50.00!
Krogers staff go out of their way to help with any issues.
