Rick and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help me with the heating and air conditioning issues. I purchased a new heating and air conditioning system from them and they were very reasonable and the systems are working excellent!!! I would recommend them to anyone!
I cannot think of anything Kogge could do to improve their services. In fact when I paid my two bills they let me split it. Office people are just as friendly and willing to work with you.
Be wary of the verbal estimate they give you. They verbally estimated installation of a flue pipe to my furnace to cost $750 and presented me with a bill of $1033. Be cautious!
